On March 23, 2024, the Thua Thien – Hue province’s Department of Tourism unveiled the commencement of ticket sales for these trains, both online and in physical outlets. Tickets, priced at 150,000 VND each, or 900,000 VND for monthly passes (available for purchase at stations), come with discounts ranging from 10% to 50% for eligible individuals.
Scheduled for March 26, the official inauguration of the ” Central Heritage Connection” train marks a collaborative effort between the Vietnam Railway Corporation, the People’s Committee of Thua Thien – Hue province, and Da Nang city.
From Hue to Da Nang Train Timetable
Every day, travelers can embark on an adventure between Hue and Da Nang aboard two pairs of trains: HD1/2 and HD3/4.
From Hue to Da Nang Train: The journey begins with HD1 departing at 7:45 a.m., reaching Da Nang station by 10:35 a.m. HD3 follows suit, leaving at 2:25 p.m. and arriving in Da Nang at 5:40 p.m.
From Da Nang to Hue Train: HD2 sets off at 7:50 a.m., arriving in Hue by 11:05 a.m. HD4 departs at 3:00 p.m., bringing passengers back to Hue by 5:45 p.m.
